Nicolette Wolf
Founding Practitioner
Twenty-four years developing how leaders lead, and how they land: chief executives, partners and global heads, prepared for the boards, investor meetings and company addresses on which their tenures turn. A chief executive herself, in the City, before founding the practice, so she knows from the inside what the seat costs. She came to this from performance, not consulting: Mountview, then opera, then Head of Voice at the Birmingham Academy of Music. Opera taught the conviction the method rests on: the leader a room believes is the one most completely themselves, with the greatest skill. She is also an ordained priest. It forms two habits the room asks for: confidence kept, and the steadiness to sit with someone at their worst. Has worked with Chicago Booth, Cambridge Judge, Duke Corporate Education and Saïd Business School, teaching on their master's programmes and developing their own senior leaders.
Philip Wolf
Commercial Principal
Co-founder, and the firm's commercial discipline: every engagement pointed at the result the client owns, and measured there. Twenty years in enterprise commercial roles in healthcare and technology, at Cook Medical and Omnicell: carrying the number, building the senior relationships that won it, and running the commercial operation behind it, including a £3M teaching-hospital partnership. He knows the leaders the firm serves because he sold to them and sat across the table from their boards. Postgraduate Diploma in Health Care Evaluation, LSE with NICE. EMCC Global Practitioner. Usually the first conversation.
