Marcus-Wolf provides bespoke one-to-one leadership coaching and group workshops to help leaders deliver impact.

We formed in 2004 to help those in senior management roles develop unique personal communication styles that allow them to engage, inspire, build trust and manage the expectations of their internal and external audiences – and to do this with vision and purpose.

We are now a highly successful leadership presentation consultancy, delivering bespoke programmes to individual leaders and groups of emerging leaders in over 60 major companies. The feedback from pervious clients is always positive, their goals are consistently achieved, and many clients work with us over a period of years to implement the Marcus-Wolf approach throughout their leadership teams.

Nicolette Wolf

Consultancy Director

Nicolette trained as an Opera Singer at the London College of Music, and an Actor at Mountview Theatre School. She started her theatrical career in the West End, moving on to television (U.S.A.) film and radio. Nicolette has been Head of the Voice Department of the Birmingham Academy of Music, a coach in Media Training; and has developed, assessed and evaluated Education Programmes before founding Marcus-Wolf. She has qualified at Warwick University in Adult Coaching and at Oxford University and Durham University in Theological Studies. She was CEO of the charity BeMORE for six years encouraging philanthropy in young professionals. This led to much profiled public speaking. She has more recently become ordained as a Priest in the Church of England. She combines this with her coaching work.

Nicolette is regularly invited to write editorials and speak on leadership presentation impact. This had led to be an Educator at Duke University, and teaching at Chicago Booth and Cass Executive Education. Early on in her career, Nicolette was presented with the Midlands Young Professional Business Woman of the Year Award.

Nicolette has explored every aspect of engaging an audience using voice delivery, physicality and the spoken word. Her experience has demonstrated that the only way individuals can give a compelling performance with effective results is by expressing their unique personality in an open and truthful manner, enhanced by the use of excellent presentation and relationship management techniques. She believes that success comes from transparency and integrity; and these are the values which drive her work.
